Meet the Founders

Teish is based in Sydney and has spent more than 20 years working inside small businesses, particularly across electrical and solar industries.

Her strength has always been operations, marketing and building systems that make businesses run smoothly.

Two years ago she founded Percy Productivity, connecting Australian businesses with exceptional Filipino team members.

While working with solar companies she realised the same model could transform the way solar admin is handled.

That idea became Percy Solar.

Outside work she’s usually watching her son Freddie excel at whichever sport he’s decided to dominate that week, redecorating something in the house using her interior design skills, or cooking with her “meat man” husband Ben who works in the Australian beef industry.

Ashlie joined Percy Solar about six months ago after reconnecting with Teish through AWISE – Australian Women in Solar Energy.

Both had spent years working in the solar industry and quickly realised they shared the same vision for improving how solar companies handle operations.

Ashlie brings more than seven years of experience working with some of Australia’s leading solar companies.

Her passion sits in solar compliance, system design and operational processes that keep solar businesses running smoothly.

She lives on a small off-grid farm where solar is part of everyday life, surrounded by horses, three daughters and a tradie husband.

At Percy Solar she focuses on compliance, systems and making sure every job moves cleanly from sale through to completion.

Keeps the Percy Solar operation running smoothly and ensures clients receive the support they need.

The process guy. If something can be improved, streamlined or automated, Edmar finds a better way.

Around here we call him the Backstop King. If there is a tricky compliance or backstop issue, Renson makes sure it gets sorted.
